Pricing Overview
We offer transparent pricing for both private pay and NDIS participants. We do not charge above NDIS price limits.

What's NDIS-Fundable vs. What's NOT?
✅ NDIS-Fundable (What We Provide):
- Re-engagement and capacity building
- Social participation and connection
- Emotional regulation and nervous system stabilization
- Functional capacity assessment
- Pathway planning and transition support
- Building learning identity and confidence
- Preventing social isolation
❌ NOT NDIS-Fundable (What We DON'T Provide):
- Core curriculum delivery (we don't deliver curriculum)
- Standard tutoring (we're not a tutoring service)
- Formal schooling or accredited courses
- Childcare or respite
Payment Options
For NDIS Participants:
- Self-Managed: We provide NDIS-compliant invoices with correct support item numbers. You claim via your myplace portal and NDIS reimburses you directly.
- Plan-Managed: We invoice your plan manager directly. You provide your plan manager's details during enrollment.
For Private Pay Clients:
- Payment is due at the start of each week/month
- Payment can be made via direct debit, bank transfer, or invoice
- Payment plans available upon request
- Subsidized places available for families experiencing financial hardship (limited availability)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with 24 hours notice: No charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee applies
- No-shows: Full session fee applies
- Refunds: Refunds are available for unused sessions with 14 days notice of withdrawal
What Reports Do You Provide for NDIS Plan Reviews?
We provide comprehensive, NDIS-compliant progress reports including:
8-Week Intake Report:
Functional capacity assessment, progress toward NDIS goals, pathway recommendation, evidence of support effectiveness
Ongoing Progress Reports:
Weekly session notes (available on request), monthly progress summaries, quarterly comprehensive reports, annual plan review reports
All reports include:
NDIS goal tracking with measurable outcomes, functional capacity indicators, evidence of progress (or barriers), recommendations for ongoing supports, NDIS-compliant language and formatting
