You've found the right place.
Let's figure out the next step together.

Whether you're a parent who's exhausted from fighting the system, a professional looking for the missing piece in a care plan, or a young person who just needs someone to actually listen — we're here.

No pressure. No jargon. Just a conversation about what your young person needs.

⚠️ Groups are small by design — maximum 5 participants. Current intake has limited spots available. Book a free consultation to secure your place.

👨‍👩‍👧 For Parents & Carers

“I don't know what to do anymore. School isn't working and I'm watching my child disappear.”
If that sounds familiar — this is for you.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you call us. You just need to take one step.

Here's what happens when you reach out:

  1. 1
    Book a free 15-minute consultation
We'll listen. No forms, no assessments, no pressure. Just a real conversation about your child and what's been happening.
  2. 2
    We'll recommend the right pathway
Based on what you tell us, we'll explain which of our 4 pathways fits your child's current needs — and whether we think we can genuinely help.
  3. 3
We'll sort out the paperwork together
If you have NDIS funding, we'll walk you through how to use it. If you don't, we'll talk through private pay options and payment plans.
  4. 4
Your child starts within 7 days of enrollment
Small group. Low demand. Safe environment. We start where your child is — not where we think they should be.

💙 NDIS funding accepted. We accept self-managed and plan-managed participants. Not sure if your plan covers this? We'll review it with you in the consultation — no cost, no obligation.

What parents tell us before they call:

  • “I don't know if my child qualifies.”
  • “I'm not sure if our NDIS plan covers this.”
  • “I'm worried my child won't engage.”
  • “I've tried everything and nothing has worked.”

These are exactly the conversations we have every day. There's no wrong reason to reach out.

🎓 For Young People

If school has felt impossible — you're not broken. The system just wasn't built for everyone.

School Can't Pathways is a small online group for young people who've stepped back from mainstream school. It's not tutoring. It's not therapy. It's a place where you can just... exist for a bit, connect with other people who get it, and figure out what comes next — at your own pace.

You might be in the right place if:

  • School has felt overwhelming, unsafe, or just impossible
  • You've been out of school for a while and don't know what to do next
  • You want to connect with other young people who understand
  • You're not ready for school but you don't want to do nothing forever

What it actually looks like:

  • Small groups — maximum 5 people
  • Online, from home
  • Interest-based — we work around what you care about
  • Low demand — no pressure to perform or keep up
  • Run by people who actually like young people

💜 You're in charge of this conversation. If you want to reach out yourself, you can. We'll always involve a parent or carer before you enroll — but the first chat can be just you.

How to get started:

  1. 1
    Book a chat
just a casual conversation, no commitment
  2. 2
    We'll explain what we do
and answer any questions you have
  3. 3
    If it feels right
we'll talk to your parent or carer together

Or if you're not ready to talk yet — that's okay too. You can email us: [email protected]

Founded on Dr. Carol Schultz's doctoral research on youth marginalisation.

School Can't Pathways is an unregistered NDIS provider. We accept self-managed and plan-managed participants.
