Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sessions require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full
Fees are payable weekly in advance
Trial period: first two weeks can be cancelled with full refund if the program is unsuitable
Refunds outside the trial period are considered only in exceptional circumstances
